Arlette Cross, MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Practice Owner

Arlette Cross, MSN, APRN, FNP-C is not only the Practice Owner, but also the visionary behind Pasadena’s first Medical Spa – The Facebar Aesthetic Medicine. With a wealth of experience and expertise, Arlette is an advanced injector and highly skilled in a wide range of aesthetic medicine treatments. Her areas of concentration include injectables, medical weight loss, hormone replacement therapy, microneedling, facial peels, PRP, and laser technology.

Arlette’s passion for healthcare runs deep, as she comes from a family legacy of nurses. Inspired by the strong women around her, she pursued her dreams and followed in her family’s footsteps, earning her RN degree at the remarkable age of twenty. Continuing her educational journey, Arlette obtained her bachelor’s degree from Notre Dame of Maryland University, and later went on to achieve her Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Family Nurse Practitioner.

Having spent several years as an emergency room nurse, Arlette eventually found her true calling in the field of medical aesthetics. She has acquired multiple laser and injectable certifications, and remains committed to staying at the forefront of the industry. Regularly attending trainings and conferences, Arlette ensures that she is up-to-date on the latest technology and innovative techniques, in order to provide her patients with the best possible results. Arlette’s dedication and expertise have earned her the prestigious title of National Gain trainer for Galderma Aesthetics, a distinction held by only 300 professionals in the nation.

Pamela Faraci

Practice Owner

Pamela Faraci, Co-owner, along with her partner, Arlette Cross, of The Facebar Aesthetic Medicine, has been a prominent figure in the beauty industry since 2007. Pamela has achieved a decade of entrepreneurial success with her current Hair Salon business, Blown 25 Hair Studio. Recognizing the growing demand for aesthetic and wellness services in Pasadena, Pamela, and Arlette successfully launched The Facebar AMesthetic Medicine practice in August 2020.

Pamela’s dedication to empowering women and helping them achieve their full potential has been a lifelong passion. Her unwavering belief in the transformative power of aesthetic treatments has driven her to develop a team who provides exceptional service and creates an environment where every guest can feel confident and beautiful.

Pamela brings extensive experience as a successful business owner which enables her to effectively manage the daily operations of the business and guide the Facebar team to provide the best care to its guests. She plays a vital role in directing sales, staffing and operations and leads growth initiatives and new concepts for promotions, new service offerings and sales initiatives. Pamela recently led the successful expansion of the practice, showcasing her visionary mindset and ability to drive growth and success.

Pamela Faraci

Assistant Manager

Megan Leisner is a seasoned Practice Manager with 15 years of experience in the medical office field. She excels in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring a smooth workflow. With her strong organizational skills and attention to detail, Megan has successfully implemented efficient systems to enhance patient care. Registered Nurse

Erica joined the FaceBar in August of 2022 to pursue her passion as an aesthetic nurse. She graduated from nursing school in 2018 and started her career as a labor and delivery nurse in the Baltimore area. In 2021, Erica received her medical aesthetics certification and began training as a nurse injector alongside various experienced providers. She fell in love with the field of aesthetic medicine and decided to pursue it full-time while working on her master’s degree in informatics and maintaining her acute care skills and certifications in L&D.

Erica is passionate about combining her love for medicine as well as her artistic eye to help her patients look and feel their best. Her goal as an aesthetic nurse is to enhance natural beauty and build confidence one patient at a time.

Originally from the DC area, Erica currently lives in Pennsylvania with her husband and two mini goldendoodles while anticipating the arrival of their first child due this spring. Erica enjoys traveling, cooking, gardening, peloton workouts and spending time with friends and family.

Taylor joined the FaceBar in April 2023 to begin her career in aesthetic nursing. Lyndsey started her nursing journey by receiving her Bachelor’s degree in nursing through Frostburg State University. Once she graduated, she started in the adult intensive care unit, where she worked throughout the pandemic. She really enjoyed critical care and wanted to branch out, so she decided to work in the neonatal intensive care unit. However, Lyndsey had always been interested in the aesthetic side of nursing and jumped at the opportunity to work at The Facebar. Jordyn graduated from cosmetology school in 2019. After 8 years of working in the salon, she realized her love for beauty was beyond just doing hair. Inspired by her mother’s passion and success in aesthetics, she found her own love for it. She has received hands-on training as a Medical Assistant.
