Cancellation & No-Show Policy

To modify or reschedule your appointment, kindly do so with at least 48 hours’ notice. Should this adjustment be made within a 48-hour timeframe, a $50 cancellation fee will be applied to the credit card on file. After two instances of late cancellations or no-shows, a $100 deposit will be required when booking future appointments. We retain the right to decline appointments for patients who repeatedly disregard this policy.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, we will need to reschedule your appointment and impose a $50 cancellation fee. This is due to the impracticality of accommodating the treatment at that point.

We appreciate your comprehension of our cancellation policy, as it enables us to maintain the highest level of service for both you and our future patients, while also respecting the time of our team members.

Refund Policy

Regrettably, we do not provide refunds for any of our services. Aesthetic outcomes vary from person to person, and while we strive to achieve the desired results, we cannot guarantee them. Clients are responsible for any additional treatments required to attain their desired results.

Refunds are not offered for retail purchases or gift card acquisitions. However, defective products may be exchanged for the same item within a 30-day period.

Children Policy

While we adore babies and children at The Facebar, we kindly request that you arrange for childcare before your appointment. This is to ensure the safety of your children and to maintain a tranquil environment for you and our other clients.

Pet Policy

Though we have a deep affection for animals, we kindly request that you leave your pets at home when you visit us.
